Hiring equipment from Adams Catering Hire is only one part of the service we provide, we also provide a delivery and collection service, if needed.
As much of the equipment comes in specially designed crates and boxes to minimise any breakages in transit, and they stack securely we can transport huge amounts of equipment to your function, whether it is rustic chairs and tables, glasshire, china or ovens and kitchen equipment.
So, when you receive your delivery our drivers arrive on the day and the time that was arranged with the office beforehand. You would also have been asked to complete a delivery checklist, this makes sure that we have all the information we need to make the delivery/collection as swift and with the least disruption as possible to you and your clients. Things that delay us can be if there are any stairs or we have to negotiate parking restrictions because even the smallest of orders can take time to deliver successfully.

Which is why our drivers and the team in the office are trained to understand that you may not do this every day or your venue may have certain restrictions – which is why we are always here in the office if you have any questions. So please call us on 020 8805 4537 for any information on the progress of your delivery or collection.
The delivery team will unload and bring all your equipment into the venue where the delivery checklist, completed by you beforehand, has said and stack up safely for you to unpack in your own time.
All the items would have been checked before leaving the warehouse and in the unlikely event there are any discrepencies, whether damaged or missing items, please call or email us immediately so we can see what we can do.
Catering Equipment Dirty Return
Love washing up? Didn’t think so! So, if you have chosen our dirty return service then you, or your caterer can then just put the equipment back into the correct boxes and leave it all to us. Then, when our delivery drivers collect from you on the day we agreed we can check and wash up all the equipment from your event. Leaving you to enjoy the morning after.
But, remember, linen does not need to be washed or cleaned by you. We shall take care of that. But it is recommended that linen is not left wet as this can cause mildew and mould to grow, making the cloth unuseable.
